MindForge Learn is an educational web platform combining cognitive study systems (summarization, flashcards, active recall quizzes, learning roadmaps), AI tutoring, and motivational growth tools. The platform is owned and operated by Simamkele Nkqayini. Free accounts include initial AI credits, with optional Premium access available on a subscription basis.

All study strategies, practice questions, and educational materials provided on MindForge Learn are for educational, informational, and personal improvement purposes only. While our techniques are rooted in established cognitive learning principles, we do not guarantee specific academic grades, examination outcomes, or degree qualifications. 4. Subscriptions & Payments

MindForge offers core educational features for free. Optional Premium subscriptions are priced at R49 per month and provide expanded AI credit quotas, advanced study history analytics, and an ad-free experience.

• Payments are processed securely via PayFast (South Africa).
• We do not store or process your full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time without penalty.
• Refund requests are evaluated in good faith within 7 days of initial payment by contacting simamkelen3112@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity

You agree to use MindForge Learn in a lawful, ethical manner. You expressly agree not to:

• Use MindForge Learn to commit academic dishonesty or submit AI-generated text as your own uncredited work.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or maliciously overload our servers or APIs.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing documents to our parser tools.
• Misrepresent your identity or use unauthorized payment methods.

6. Intellectual Property

Original quotes belong to their respective authors or exist in the public domain. MindForge Learn software code, UI design, study frameworks, branding, and original study guides are the intellectual property of Simamkele Nkqayini and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
